40 weeks, 3 days.
Nothing has actually changed since the last update. No weight gain/loss, no purchases, no name change.
Seeing a newborn today was a bit of an eye-opener. He was about a week or two old and so very small. Seeing the size made me freak a little bit, knowing that I’ll be pushing out a baby that size (or bigger!) this weekend.

Bubs due date was yesterday. Midwife appointment that I had on Friday, I was told my cervix was still too far back, hadn’t softened or dilated. So I’m booked for an induction in a week. Scary stuff. Really need to get off my butt and take a few pics today and do an update post. Bubs seems to want out very soon and I don’t want to miss my chance for a last photo.
I never thought contractions would be so …weird feeling. It’s intense. And considering the contractions aren’t more than 3 an hour, they might just be really intense braxton hicks.
